Mission Responsibiliites
  • The Board of Fire Commissioners, Fire District #1, Township of Old Bridge, New Jersey is committed to providing the highest level of fire protection possible to minimize the impact of fires, disasters, and other emergencies on life and property to all our residents, property owners and visitors of Fire District #1. We fully support fire safety, education, fire code enforcement. We are dedicated to providing residents with the highest quality of service to our citizens possible through prudent, cost-effective, responsible and transparent budgetary review and we will ensure the effective use of public funds. We support our dedicated volunteers and career firefighters which serve our community through our township to assist when and where needed to mitigate emergency situations. We will look forward to position our district operationally to provide for a long-term strategy to keep our firefighters and community safe.
